William’s journey with Addie’s Sweet Secrets began with resilience. At 18, after losing his parents and siblings, he became the guardian of his family while holding onto the memory of his mother’s pies. A former police officer and later a security executive, William eventually followed his true passion — sharing Addie’s legacy through baking. His mission: bring authentic, soulful pies to as many tables as possible.
Denise brings both heart and expertise to Addie’s Sweet Secrets. After a successful career in retail buying and marketing with Target and Nordstrom, Denise returned home to carry forward her grandmother’s legacy. She created new products like the sweet potato muffins while ensuring the business grows with integrity, quality, and care.
